Shipping Policy


Australia: Any order over $100 will be shipped free of charge

Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping charge.

Orders done before 3pm will be delivered the next day to major Australian cities.

Any orders placed before 3pm on Fridays will be delivered on Mondays.

Weekend orders will be delivered on the next Tuesday.

Orders placed on Public holidays will be processed the next business day before 3pm.

International Deliveries will incur a $50 shipping charge.

All international charges such as Duty and taxes are payable by the receiver. Brunton & Co. does not accept responsibility for these charges.


Same day deliveries can be made for Sydney metropolitan area.

This will incur a $30 charge and must be made before 12pm that day.


Once your order is confirmed you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post.

Please refer to Australia post’s website when shipping outside of all major metro areas and capital cities within Australia for postage times.

All orders returned to send due to not being claimed at destination will be returned into stock and refunded. However all postage and freight charges are for the customer, these items can be resent at the customers cost. 

Brunton & Co. may request additional identification to verify a card holders identity. Such as Drivers licence, Passport or other identification that will help confirm the identity of the card holder. Such measures are taken to prevent credit card fraud.

Brunton & Co. is not responsible for guaranteeing delivery times. We will assist in getting you your order ASAP however we are not responsible for delivery once it leaves head office.

During busy periods such as Christmas, News years delays can be expected and we ask you take this into account when ordering around these times.

All prices listed for shipping costs are in Australian Dollars (unless stated otherwise). These prices do not include any relevant duties or taxes when shipping internationally. Customs and duties are charged once a parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are for the recipient of the order.

We cannot advise what these charges can or will be, as customs and duties largly vary between countries.

NOTE: For us to comply with Australian export regulations, we must declare the exact value of all and they must be marked as dutiable “Merchandise”. We cannot by law mark an item as “gift”, even if that is the intention by the customer. 

If shipment is refused, the customer is still responsible for all shipping charges and duties on the order that have been incurred. This will be deducted on your refund once the items are returned into stock.


All orders must be returned within 30 days from order date in original packaging. Posting/shipping cost of returned orders are for customers account, with the exception of faulty goods.

NOTE: Swimwear cannot be returned, with the exception of faulty goods. Please keep this in mind when purchasing these products.
